Terms of service

SteadySignal is a training analysis and coaching platform operated by BikeFit Europe. It ingests your activity data, models your training, and provides analytics, planning tools and AI-generated coaching commentary.

SteadySignal works with health-adjacent data but is not a medical device and does not give medical advice. AI and deterministic outputs are training guidance only. Consult a doctor for anything concerning your health, and never ignore medical advice because of something a training tool said.

You sign in with your email (or Google). Keep access to your inbox secure — it is your key to the account. You are responsible for what happens under your account, and you must be at least 16 to use the service.

Paid plans are billed monthly in euros through Stripe. You can cancel any time via the billing portal; the plan runs to the end of the paid period. AI credit packs are one-time purchases and are consumed against usage beyond your plan's monthly allowance. All invoices are downloadable from your account.

Don't attempt to break, overload or reverse-engineer the service, probe other users' data, resell access, or use the AI features to generate content unrelated to your training. We may suspend accounts that abuse the platform or its usage limits.

Your training data remains yours. You grant us the licence needed to store and process it to run the service — nothing more. See the Privacy page for how it is protected and how to export or delete it.

The service is provided as-is; to the extent the law allows, our liability is limited to the fees you paid in the previous 12 months. We may update these terms — material changes will be announced in the app. These terms are governed by the law of our place of establishment in the European Union.
